Pure Highland Beef

Kinloss is home to the Kinloss Highland Fold.

The herd, which now comprises over 40 breeding cows, was established in 1996 by buying in foundation stock from the well known folds of Tulloch Ard, Corriemuckloch and Balmoral.

All the beef is sold direct to the public at Farmers' Markets throughout Scotland.

Highland Beef is renowned for its texture and quality, which we believe is second to none.

All our cattle are naturally reared, feeding on our own barley and home grown silage.

The herd is kept outside the whole year; only young stock is brought into the sheds over winter and housed on straw.
