Here are some of our principal booking conditions together with some useful information you will need before booking your holiday. Our full booking terms will be provided during the booking process. Please contact us if you have any questions. - Duration
All weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are available outwith the summer season. These usually run from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. - Arrival and Departure
Your holiday cottage will be available from 4.00 pm on the arrival date and you will be required to depart by 10.00 am on the departure date. - Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable when you make a booking. No booking will be treated as complete until the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-returnable unless the booking cannot be confirmed, in which case it will be refunded. The full balance must be paid no later than eight weeks before the arrival date. If the balance is not received by the due date, this may result in cancellation of your holiday and loss of your deposit. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the full rent must be paid immediately. We recommend that you arrange suitable holiday insurance. We can accept credit card payments by Visa/Amex/Mastercard. - Prices
Our prices include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels. - Infants
We will provide a high chair and / or cot on request, but please bring you own cot bedding. - Disabled Guests
While our cottage has not been specifically adapted for use by the disabled, the accommodation is all on the ground floor and may be suitable for elderly guests. If one of your party is disabled, please telephone us to discuss suitablity before making a booking. - Guest Numbers
Excluding infants, the total numbers of persons in your party must not exceed the stated capacity of the property. - Pets
Pets are not permitted. - Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. - Minors
Bookings will not be accepted from anyone under the age of 18 years or on behalf of groups of persons under 18 years.
