This unique suite of rooms offers a fabulous bedroom with a sumptuous four-poster bed, magnificent curtains and bed hangings, a luxurious private bathroom with a free-standing roll-top cast-iron bath and a double basin, and a private sitting room where breakfast will be served.

And for honeymooners, why not have a free upgrade to a breakfast basket! Delivered to your rooms, or even to the garden, weather permitting, you can help yourself to breakfast at your leisure.

The West Wing looks over the lawns and policies and, with windows on three sides of the house, it enjoys the morning and evening sun. As our guest, you can also enjoy the private gardens, walled garden and terrace at Kinloss House, which have never before open to the public.In summer, the gardens are a riot of colour with roses, geraniums, fuchsias and delphiniums of many varieties.

We provide towels, toiletries, tea and fresh coffee, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a private sitting room.

Outside: walled garden, a small gift shop with honesty box, lawns, terrace, tennis court, and woodland and farm walks.

We are located a short drive from St Andrews, Dundee, Perth, Falkland, Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem, St Monans and Elie, and many of Fife''s famous golf courses.
